Our Application Process:

• Complete application form
• FOM board chooses applications by order or lottery depending on number of applicants
• A board member will reach out to eligible schools to schedule a site visit. (This is to ensure the school meets the criteria.)
• Both parties will sign a contract
• Funds will be dispersed
• Schools must be willing to be audited at the end of the first year
